We have identified the source of the fraudulent call/text/message and are working with various entities to ensure this does not happen in the future. Dover Schools accounts have not been compromised. Thank you for your concern, patience and understanding!

This weeks JH/HS students of the week are RJ Harrison and Riley Voth. RJ and Riley are also our STUCO President and Vice President. Each week our student of the week is presented with the red bandanna in honor of Welles Crowther. Welles was a 24 year old trader at the World Trader Center on 9/11. Behind his signature red bandanna Welles led over a dozen people to safety before ultimately losing his life when the north tower collapsed. Our students are selected as student of the week and given the honor of the red bandanna because of their character. We are excited to honor RJ and Riley as they lead our student council this year. Do Right!

Dear Parents,
Dover Public Schools will be taking a Mental Health Day on Friday, August 29. There will be NO SCHOOL. I know this causes an inconvenience for you, but I hope you understand that our students and staff has been through a very stressful, emotional, and difficult week. Dover Schools believes that this would be best for our students and staff to not return to school on Friday after the funeral on Thursday afternoon. Hopefully with Labor Day Monday a four-day break could begin to allow our staff and students to decompress and let the healing process begin. I ask that you continue to monitor your children during this difficult time and reach out to us if we can be of any assistance. We can find resources that you or your child may need.
Thank you for your understanding
