This weeks student of the week was Brennan Fletcher. Brennan was awarded the red bandanna for his kindness and generosity. Brennan is not only a great baseball who was an important part of our state tournament team but he is also a great role model for younger students who always puts others before himself. Dover Schools will let out at NOON on Thursday, October 9, 2025, so students and staff can attend the State Baseball Game at Edmond Memorial Field. The Dover Longhorns take on Leedey at 1:30PM.

Elementary festival schedule.

Better late than never. Monday we had a great morning at Longhorn Leadership. STUCO President RJ Harrison became the first student to lead our talk and Michael Barnes was presented the red bandanna for his friendship. Great job RJ and Michael.


Thank you Dover Public School Foundation for supporting our teachers and students!!
Members of the Dover Public School Foundation board showed up to elementary assembly this morning to present “Grants to Teachers”. Eight teachers were awarded over $8600 for supplemental classroom supplies/projects.
Board members (not all were able to attend) are Abette Bryan, Cheryl Bullis,  Nina Collums, John Gardner, Stephanie Guinn (grant chairman), Cathy Howard, Leah Mueggenborg, and Cindy Tucker.
